The JD Power U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study measures resident and family/decision-maker satisfaction with both independent living and assisted living/memory care communities for seniors. The webinar will provide insights about key drivers of resident and family/decision-maker satisfaction, and includes staff, services and activities, dining and more.
In 2020, the JD Power Senior Living Satisfaction Study was updated to separately measure the Independent Living and Assisted Living/Memory Care segments. The Study was conducted among residents of the top five* Independent Living providers and among family members/decision-makers of the top five* Assisted Living/Memory Care providers.
