The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study results reveal that many owners feel that some technologies don’t actually solve a problem. For example, many owners remain indifferent to the value of ADAS.
Most owners do value ADAS features that meet specific needs, such as visual blind spots while backing up.
However, there are other ADAS features that owners feel they are capable of handling tasks without. This is particularly evident with active driving assistance, as the hands-on-the-wheel version ranks among the lowest-rated ADAS technologies.
